Prayer & Intercession

This is the arm of the church that handles praying functionalities and intercessory roles of the church.

We at Newbirth Ascension Centre place a very important role to praying just as our master himself did during His ministry on earth.  A prayerful church is a powerful church and a prayer less church is a powerless church.

Jesus said in scriptures in Luke 18: 1 “…that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;” and also Thessalonians 5: 17 – 18 “ for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you”.

With this in mind, we have a team in place with the sole purpose of praying for the church, its members, the church’s societal area of influence, the body of Christ and the world at large.

This ministry is open for people who have a passion for prayer, or a burden to intercede for others.
